Product activation code from the R* Warehouse not working

Question: What do I do if my activation key or unlock code is not working?

Answer: First, make sure you have the correct activation key or unlock code. You can get your activation key or unlock code from the order confirmation email that was sent when the order was submitted, or by looking up your order.  Second, please note that serial numbers, registration numbers activation keys, unlock codes, and passwords are usually case-sensitive. Make sure you are entering your code in the right case.  If you still have problems, please visit the knowledge base for the game you are attempting to install for further troubleshooting.  If you cannot find the answer you are looking for, please click "Submit a Request" at the top of this page and our support team will be happy to assist.
