Orders placed for an out-of-stock item in the Rockstar Warehouse

Question: What happens if I place an order in the Rockstar Warehouse and the item is out of stock?

Answer: The Rockstar warehouse normally will only allow you to place an order if the item you are ordering is in stock.  There is a small chance that an order may be placed while stock data is in the process of updating; in this case we will contact you directly and present you with the option to cancel the order or wait for the item to be re-stocked. 

If you placed an order for an out-of-stock item and were not contacted directly via email, please click "Submit a Request" at the top of this page and provide your order number so we can look into the issue.
