Re-downloading pre-order bonus content if your download was unsuccessful

Question: I redeemed my pre-order code but my Internet failed during the download and I never got the pack.  I tried the code again and it says it was already redeemed -- what can I do?

Answer: Once the code is redeemed the content will always be available for your Gamertag or PSN ID.  You can view your download history or past account transactions to attempt another download without having to re-enter a code.

    I have a similar issue. While redeeming my code on the PS Store I got an error when it tried to start downloading the add-on content. The content doesn't show up in my download list, but I can't use the code again. Seems like it redeemed my code, but didn't finalize correctly. (Probably due to issues with a lot of people returning to use the Store). Any ideas on what I should do?
