If i boot from steam the only problem i have is that the game will close before it even starts
And then the launcher asks me to retry or start in safe mode which ends the same

I have thre none Steam version and am missing the GTA5.exe file. I get to the first splash screen and after that nothing

I find it very odd that the two versions have each the file that the other one is missing.

Steam user, also missing PlayGTAV.exe

Also missing the PlayGTAV.exe from Steam version so frustrating.

Theres a ton of people missing one of the files. Dont know why, and rockstar dosent seem to reply anyone. I for example, is missing the gta5.exe.

Ill try and see if this works then send my GTA5.exe over if it does
Cant think of a reason why it shouldnt work this way and not the other way round

Didnt work sadly Kept saying i needed to run thru steam which wasnt possible
Did notice that everytime i try and run it the GTA5.exe is active but doesnt go above 150k of my Ram which is strange because i allowed an allocation of 8gb

I dont have playGTAV.exe now I deleted all exes and verifying game files.Also tried downloading playGTAV.exe I see the splas but when I read the bootstrap.log it saying Error opening TM files.

Great!!! It worked for my pc. Had to start the playgtaV.exe as admin and now i am in the game! thank you so much!

but it worked just once... closed the game to tell you it worked and now.. it doesn't

Missing version 1.0.323.1 of PlayGTAV.exe

I have a GTX 860M Graphics card and the solution of disabling it works...but I want to run it on my GPU because that's why it's there! Common Rockstar you are better than this!

Already tried it. One time the Launcher started but said "Couldn't found Direct X 9". After reenabeling the card, nothing happened.
