ERR_FIL_PACK_3 Cannot start game corrup game data
I start the game and the social club launches and logs me in before the game starts and after 3 seconds in to the intro i get an error called ERRFILPACK_3 that says "Corrpt game data. Please reboot or reinstall the game"
Well the rebooting doesn't work and i dont know how to reinstall the game without having the 16 hour downlod time again.
Anyone have a fix for this?

Try going to this folder: '...\Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks' and renaming it to 'dlcpacks.BAK'. I had the same error and now I can start the game in offline mode (with my internet disconnected). The problem was that there's a 5GB update (DLC apparently) which wasn't complete and hence the corruption. So, either leave the 5GB update complete and play as normal or do the above and play in offline mode without internet connected. N.B. Don't forget to undo the renaming before going online and resuming the update.
Stop the game - Stop the Laucher
Rename
C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks
or
C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks
To dlcpacks1
Restart the shortcut from the game as admin and it will redownload in a normal speed the DLCpacks.
