How long are people currently waiting on request submission responses?

Has anyone gotten a submission response in the last 2 weeks? If so, how long did you wait to get it? If not, how long have you been waiting?

It depends on the topic, but times are a little too long. Forum reports, easy to handle, are usually processed within 24hours. A connection request took around 5 days for me, with the easy response.

But as I said before, it depends on the problem. It seems that they're not really responding to certain bugs, such as the timer issues. Yes, they help some on this forum, but requests hardly pass. I think they do this because one general fix should help everybody, leaving more room to process other requests.

My problem doesn't appear that it can be fixed with a patch. I need someone to specifically look at my account. As it stands, there is absolutely no reason for me to log in and play until it is rectified. Game went from super fun to zero fun in about 10 mins. Plus, the car I lost was upgraded with shark card money I purchased off PSN. It's the standard "Mechanic/Duplication" bug. And the vehicle it duplicated can't be sold, so I'm stuck like chuck with a full garage and no race car. I'm at 2 weeks. And realllyyyy frustrated.

i submitted several problems, and some of them i got a reply just a few days ago and some of the month ago still with no answer.

It's depending on topic you are requesting help, as Exoticlsle said.

2 weeks ongoing here with my Request listed as Open.

My request is about a car lost to the glitch where Mors won't answer for a destroyed vehicle but it's listed as DESTORYED in the mechanic's list.

The farthest I got so far was giving someone all the info they needed and being told it "has been sent to the proper department for review."

I got an automated response from Rockstar today. Hopefully this means they will start helping out those of us who didn't partake in the cheating:
Hi MajorTravesty,

You are receiving this automatic update because you have an open GTA Online ticket in the Rockstar Games Support system containing terms related to in-game money, cash, funds, or bank account.

If this ticket is not about the January 15 GTA Online maintenance to remove modded in-game currency, please respond to this ticket and we will address other issues individually.

The adjusted account balances are the result of removing counterfeit money generated by cheaters. If you already spent some or all of the counterfeit money you were given, you may find that your account balance after adjustment is lower than it was before you received the counterfeit money - this is correct as you will be allowed to keep the items you bought. For accounts that would have been left with little or no GTA$ after correction, we added sufficient funds to continue playing and enjoying GTA Online, taking into account whether a player intentionally created and distributed counterfeit GTA$ or received modded money innocently.

Any unspent Shark Card funds that you had in your account have not been touched. If you spent GTA$ after you purchased a Shark Card, you can keep the items you bought but you will not be reimbursed the Shark Card funds that you have already spent.

Please note that our Technical Support Agents are not able to adjust account funds on a case-by-case basis. For more answers about the GTA Online Maintenance, please see:
