My sincerest wish to Rockstar Games:
You can't keep giving players/customers the runaround! You barely update the twitter account or newswire, and Rockstar admins on this forum spam the same link as answers to frustrated people's posts. The only thing the link really says is "we don't care about your shit right now try again later, but sit there uninformed with no info on the matter." -
I understand that there are problems with servers and the cloud that causes severe mayhem to everybody and evaporates characters completely. But every time you install and we download a new patch players think that everything is 'OK' and begins making new characters, which makes the next disappointment even bigger!
PLEASE update your website or ANY social media site you use to tell players whether they should be safe playing GTAO or play while fearing the loss of a character - YET AGAIN. Many people have an understanding for the problems you are dealing with at the moment, but what people don't understand is the fact that Rockstar doesn't deal out any helpful information to calm people with.
How hard can it be telling people whether they are able to play safe or not. That's not how you run a legitimate billion dollar company.
