Answer: Not all players can access all in-game features, and not all features are available at all times.

This feature is not available for you.   This alert can occur because of age and regional restrictions, gameplay design, or the incompatibility between different in-game features.

This feature is not available now. Please come back later.  This alert appears when a feature is currently offline or when there is a temporary restriction as part of gameplay.

Note: These alerts are different from in-game alerts stating that a feature is incompatible with another feature. Reasons for these alerts can include conflicting in-game activities or modes, differences in game versions, or differences in in-game media.
