Controlling the helicopter and seaplane in GTA:VC
To control the helicopter, use brake and accelerate to move up and down, and tilt forward with the number 9 key. For the seaplane, use brake and accelerate to control speed, tilt forward with 9 key, and tilt backward with 6 key to take off from water.
