Linking PlayStation Network and Xbox network accounts to 2-Step Verification enabled Rockstar Games accounts

Question: What can I do about the following message when trying to link my PlayStation Network or Xbox network accounts to my 2-Step Verification-enabled Rockstar Games account?

• The Rockstar Games service is not available. Please try again later.

Answer: Once 2-Step Verification is enabled, you will need to link your PlayStation Network or Xbox network accounts to Rockstar Games using the Connections section of your Rockstar Games account profile.

1. Navigate the Rockstar Games Account Settings Connections page

   • https://www.rockstargames.com/account/connections

2. Ensure you are signed in to the Rockstar Games account you wish to link

3. Next to PlayStation or Xbox, select Link

4. Select Link Account

5. Log in to your PlayStation or Xbox account

6. Select your preferred account visibility for PlayStation or Xbox

7. Select Continue

Once you have linked your platform and Rockstar Games accounts, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address associated with your Rockstar Games account.
