Ice cream truck jingle not functioning in Vice City for Android/iOS

Question: I am having issues activating the loudspeakers on the Ice Cream Truck in Vice City on my Android/iOS device.  As such, it is impossible to complete the mission "Distribution" for the Cherry Poppers Ice Cream Factory asset.  Are you aware of this issue?

Answer: We have received some reports of the horn button not activating the ice cream truck's jingle.

In most cases, players have found that quickly tapping the horn button will activate the jingle in cases where pressing and holding does not.

This issue and workaround may also apply to other vehicles with special sound functionality, such as police cars.
