Races Not Showing up in Goal Attack

Question: How do I get access to all of the races in Goal Attack so that I can get the True Dedication achievement/trophy?

Answer: Races will only be available in Goal Attack mode after a user has completed them in the Career mode. This means that users aren't eligible for the True Dedication achievement/trophy until they have beaten every race in Career and then have completed all of the Goal Attack objectives for each race.
