Grand Theft Auto Online Player Survey FAQ
Last Updated: January 12, 2026
I received a notification in-game letting me know that I have been chosen to take a Player Survey. How do I access it?
The Player Survey will be sent to the email address associated with the Rockstar Games account that you were using when you received the in-game message.
What can I do if I can’t find the Player Survey sent to my email?
Ensure that you are checking the email address associated with the Rockstar Games account that you were using when you received the in-game message. If you aren’t seeing the email, check that any ‘safe senders’ list, junk mail filters, or spam filters allow mail from ‘donotreply@newsletter.rockstargames.com’.
What can I do if I would like to take the Player Survey, but I haven’t received an e-mail with the survey or notification about it in-game?
Only players who receive an email / in-game notification about the GTA Online Player Survey will be able to take the survey. Players are selected randomly based on the Rockstar Games Mailing List setting on their account. For more information see the following article:

What do I do if there’s an error while I’m taking the survey, and I’m unable to submit it?
If you encounter a technical issue while completing the Player Survey that prevents you from completing it, please contact Rockstar Games support.
When and where can I expect my GTA$ reward for completing the Player Survey?
The Player Survey reward may take up to 72 hours to appear in your character’s Maze Bank account.
What should I do if I completed a Player Survey over 72 hours ago and still haven’t received the GTA$ reward in my character’s Maze Bank account?
You will receive your reward on the Rockstar Games account associated with the email that received the Player Survey. If you don’t see the GTA$ reward in your Maze Bank account and it’s been more than 72 hours, please contact Rockstar Games support.
