Inability to Find Helicopter for Helicopter-Specific Missions in GTA Online

Question: Why am I unable to find a helicopter when I arrive at the place where a helicopter should be during certain helicopter-based missions in Grand Theft Auto Online?

Answer:  We have received some reports from players who are unable to see/find a helicopter during certain helicopter-based missions in Grand Theft Auto Online.

Sometimes players are unable to locate the helicopter because they start the mission while already in a helicopter. If you have encountered this issue and have started the mission while in a helicopter, please try abandoning the mission and restarting it while not using a helicopter.
