Question: I’m unable to join in-game voice chat, Crews, or access Jobs in GTA Online for the Xbox app on PC. How do I fix this?

Answer: Ensure that your Online Communication and Privacy settings are configured correctly following the instructions here:

If your in-game settings are configured correctly, then issues interacting with other players may be caused by your Xbox privacy & online safety settings.

To allow full communication and accessibility with other GTA Online players, adjust the following settings:

• You can join cross-network play: Allow

• You can communicate outside of Xbox with voice & text: Allow

• You can see and upload community creations: Everyone

These settings allow for cross play between PC platforms, voice chat, and accessibility to other players’ Crews and Jobs, respectively.

Note: Cross-network play only applies to gameplay between PC platforms (Rockstar Games Launcher, Steam, Epic Games Launcher, Xbox app on PC, etc.). Players on PC cannot play with players on console.
