Information about Undead Nightmare standalone disc trophies/achievements

Question: Which trophies/achievements can I unlock using the Undead Nightmare standalone disc?  Don't I need the original campaign to use some of the DLC weapons?

Answer: It is possible to unlock all of the DLC achievements using the Undead Nightmare standalone disc, including the Undead Nightmare campaign and all multiplayer achievements.  Note that the Axe Master and Master Exploder achievements have been added to the Undead Nightmare Standalone disc as part of the single-player DLC story to ensure that all achievements related to Undead Nightmare and the DLC packs can be unlocked using just the Standalone disc.

None of the trophies/achievements related to the original RDR campaign can be unlocked using the Undead Nightmare standalone disc.
