Answer: You can encounter this error if the Rockstar Games services supporting this feature are currently under maintenance or if you have recently published a large number of new Jobs.
You can check the Rockstar Games Service Status page for any service outages or maintenance.
If this is unrelated to a Rockstar Games maintenance or service alert, retry uploading your Job at a later time. Depending on the cause, it may take between 60 and 180 minutes before you can upload your Job again.
