Gorilla Warfare or pre-order DLC not showing up in loadout menu after using R* Pass

Question: I go to the in-game store, highlight the Gorilla Warfare Pack, and click it but nothing happens. Is it out? If it's free, how come I can't get it?

Answer: The Gorilla Warfare Pack is free and currently available to all players on PC. You do not need to go to the in-game store or download anything to access Gorilla Warefare -- it is already unlocked automatically.

Make sure you are running the game as an administrator.  To do this, right-click the game icon and select "run as administrator."
