Question: Games on my iOS device are crashing or freezing when I try got play, what can I do to troubleshooting the problem?

Answer: Most issues with crashing or freezing on an iOS device are caused by a lack of system memory.  Because system memory is used both for storage and to run active applications, there may be a need to free up some space to help the applications run.

You can also try to free up some space by removing unwanted or unnecessary applications.

If the game continues to crash or freeze you can try to reinstall the application:
