Rockstar Games Privacy Settings and User Generated Content

Question: Why are comments on User Generated Content (Photos, Jobs) visible and able to be replied to if my Privacy Settings are set to “Me Only” or if I have blocked the player making the comments?
Answer: Certain information will always be visible, such as Crew membership, comments you make on somebody’s wall, and multiplayer data. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy:
Profile Page and Info, My Wall, as well as Single Player and Profile Page game statistics can be limited using the Privacy Settings. Blocking a player by selecting the report icon next to their name will prevent them from communicating with you directly but does not block their ability to view or comment on UGC.
