Rockstar Games Privacy Settings and User Generated Content

Question: Why are comments on User Generated Content (Photos, Videos, Jobs) visible and able to be replied to if my Privacy Settings are set to “Me Only” or if I have blocked the player making the comments?

Answer: Certain information will always be visible such as Crew membership, comments you make on somebody’s wall, and multiplayer data. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.

Profile Page and Info, My Wall, as well as Single Player and Profile Page game statistics can be limited using the Privacy Settings. Blocking a player by clicking the report icon next to their name will prevent them from communicating with you directly but does not block their ability to view or comment on UGC.
