Providing proof of purchase for a Shark Card on PC

Question: How do I provide proof of purchase for a Shark Card?

Answer: You will need the following to provide proof of purchase for Shark Cards on PC:

Shark Card purchases on the Rockstar Store, Rockstar Games Launcher, or Epic Games Launcher

For Shark Cards purchased on the above platforms, please provide the following info:

  • Platform ID where the Shark Card(s) were purchased

    • Rockstar Games account / Epic Games ID

  • Type of Shark Card(s) purchased

    • Great White Shark Card, etc.

Shark Cards purchases on Steam

For Shark Cards purchased on Steam, please provide a video or screenshot of the following details – please make sure they are clear and can easily be determined:

  • SteamID

  • Type of Shark Card(s) purchased

    • Great White Shark Card, etc.

Please follow the steps below to access your Shark Card purchase details:

  • In the top left corner of the screen go to Steam

  • Select Settings

  • Select Account

  • Select View Account Details

  • Select View Purchase History

  • Take a screenshot of the page clearly showing the date of purchase, item name, type of transaction, and the transaction total

Important: Any submissions which are unclear will not be accepted. If the video is too large to upload to a support request, please add an unlisted video to YouTube and provide us with a direct link to it.

All other PC Shark Card Purchases

If you did not purchase a Shark Card from the Rockstar Games Launcher, the Epic Games Launcher, or Steam, please provide a screenshot of the full email receipt for the Shark Card, including the associated email address and date of purchase.
