In-Game Purchases Disappeared on Primary iOS Device

Question: All my in-game purchases disappeared on my iOS device! How do I get them back?
Answer: If any of your in-app purchases have disappeared from your game, perhaps after a re-installation of the game, these in-game purchases can be restored via the game's Restore Purchases button.
This button can be found at the bottom of the in-game store. Simply click the button, and the app will attempt to contact Apple and re-download any previous purchases.
Once Apple's server confirms the previous purchase, the download should begin and the content should become available.
If the content still does not show up, it may be a caching issue, which may be resolved by performing the following steps:
Log the device out of your iTunes account via the Settings app.
Power the device off and back on. (Hold the power button on the side of the device until the "Slide to Power Off slider pops up on the screen and slide right)
Reboot the device.
Log the device in to the same iTunes account used for the original purchase.
Open the game and open the in-game store.
Click the "Restore Purchases" button, and the app will attempt to contact Apple and re-download any previous purchases.
Once Apple's server confirms the previous purchase, the download should begin and the content should become available.
