App Store download failures causing file extraction installation errors

Question: My download from the App store keeps failing and starting over.  When it finally succeeded, I get an error message when trying to install the game:

An error occurred while extracting files from the package "mzm.cedckdpy.pkg."

Answer: If your game is failing to install after an App Store download has been retried several times, please follow these steps:

1. Go to user/library/application support/app store/

2. Delete the GTA folder with the .pkg file

3. Download the game again from the App Store
