Issue with "Friend Progress" X/O functionality playing L.A. Noire in Asia

Question: I have an Asian console and I am playing L.A. Noire.  The X and O button functionality is reversed from what it is in North America and I am having trouble navigating the interface on the Friend Progress screen.  Is this a known issue?

Answer: We are aware that there may be a conflict with reversed X/O button functionality on the Friend Progress screen when playing L.A. Noire in Asia.  We are currently looking into this issue and will provide an update as soon as we have more information.
