Providing proof of purchase for a Shark Card on PlayStation consoles

Question: How do I provide proof of purchase for a Shark Card?

Answer: You will need a video of the following to provide proof of purchase:

  • PlayStation ID (PSN ID) where the Shark Card(s) were purchased

  • Type of Shark Card(s) purchased

    • Red Shark Card, Great White Shark Card, etc.

Please take a video of the details listed above. For information on how to do this, follow the steps below your respective platform to find your Shark Card purchase details:

Important: Any submissions which are unclear will not be accepted. If the video is too large to upload to a support request, please add an unlisted video to YouTube and provide us with a direct link to it.

PlayStation 5

  1. Sign in to the PlayStation Network (PSN) account associated with your Shark Card purchase

  2. On the Home screen, press the PS button on your controller

  3. Tab over to your profile picture and select Profile

    • Make sure the recording has enough time to capture the info on this page

  4. Return to the Home screen and press the PS button on your controller

  5. Select Settings

  6. Select Users and Accounts

  7. Select Account

  8. Select Payment and Subscriptions

  9. Select Transaction History

  10. Select the date range of your purchase and select Continue

  11. Locate and select the respective Shark Card purchase from your Transaction History to view the details

    • Make sure the recording has enough time to capture the info on this page

PlayStation 4

You can view transaction details via a web browser or the PlayStation App using the following steps:

Web browser 

  1. Sign in to the PlayStation Store

  2. Select your Account Profile in the upper-right corner 

  3. Select Account Settings 

  4. Select Transaction History 

  5. At the prompt, select Continue 

  6. Select a transaction to view details 

    • If necessary, select Filter by Time Period 

PlayStation App 

  1. Select the PlayStation Store icon at the bottom of the screen 

  2. Select the three lines on the top right of the screen 

  3. Select Transaction History 

  4. Select a transaction to view details 

    • If necessary, select Filter by Time Period
