"Dale Chesson" showing up repeatedly for New Austin bounties

Question: I am trying to complete Treasure Hunter bounties but Dale Chesson shows up over and over for all New Austin bounties. I have killed him many times--what is going on?
Answer: Some players have reported that Dale Chesson shows up on every New Austin bounty after doing all other bounties except for the Treasure Hunter scraps, preventing 100% completion. As of 10/22/10, this issue is currently with the dev team.

Let us know when the issue started and if you have any DLC or pre-order/limited edition add-ons, such as the Deadly Assassin's Outfit.
If you play on PS3, please include in the email all of your RDR save files in a compressed folder. You can transfer your RDR saves from the PS3 to a USB flash drive, and then to a PC.
