Red Dead Redemption 2 Error Code 0x10024000 on Xbox One

Changing your Domain Name Servers (DNS)

1. Open the guide by pressing the Xbox button on your controller

2. Move right to the System tab

3. Select Settings

4. Select Network

5. Select Network settings

6. Select Advanced settings

   • Make sure to write down your existing DNS servers from this screen

7. Select DNS settings

8. Select Manual

9. Enter the following DNS servers (Google)

   • Primary DNS: 8.8.8.8

   • Secondary DNS: 8.8.4.4
