Question: Why don’t I have Red Dead Redemption 2 Ultimate Edition benefits on my new Red Dead Online character when I had them on my previous Red Dead Online character?

Answer: Players that created a Red Dead Online character between April 5, 2022, and May 10, 2022, who do not own the Ultimate Edition of Red Dead Online, were erroneously granted access to Ultimate Edition benefits. Any new characters created after May 10, 2022 will have the correct benefits based on the version associated with the account.
