Accessing the Patrol Uniform after completing the tutorial

Question: Can I go back and wear the LAPD Patrol Uniform from the tutorial missions after completing the tutorial cases?

Answer: There is currently no way to access the original patrol uniform while playing through the rest of the game.  We appreciate the fact that some players would want to access the uniform and we will take this into consideration.
