Free Trial details for Grand Theft Auto Online on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S

From November 11, 2025 to November 17, 2025, GTA Online Standalone will be free to play for all players on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. During this time, players will not require a PlayStation Plus or Xbox Game Pass subscription to participate in this free trial.

Once the free trial has ended, players will need to acquire GTA Online Standalone to continue playing and the requirement for PlayStation Plus or Xbox Game Pass will be reinstated. GTA Online Standalone can be purchased on the PlayStation Store or Microsoft Store. GTA+ Members can also access GTA Online, which was added to the GTA+ Games Library on November 6, 2025.

Important: If players purchase GTAV Story Mode via the GTA Online free trial, they will need to purchase GTA Online to continue playing it once the free trial ends.
