Access the following menus and take a screenshot or a photo of each page, then attach it to your support request.
Settings > Network > Test connection (upon completion, it will show the NAT type and connection speeds)
Settings > Network > Connection Status (will show the IP Address, DNS, MTU, NAT and wire / wireless connection type)
