Answer: This error occurs if you are attempting to launch GTAV with an Xbox account that either doesn’t match the account signed in to the Microsoft Store or the account signed in to your local machine.
You can resolve this problem with the following steps:
Close Grand Theft Auto V
Open the Xbox app on your PC
At the top of the app, you should see an error banner
Select 'Fix now' and follow the steps to resolve the issue
