Answer: You can manage Discord Rich Presence sharing by doing the following:

1. Open the Rockstar Games Launcher

2. Select the Settings tab in the Rockstar Games Launcher

3. Under General, select Discord Rich Presence to toggle sharing on or off for supported Rockstar Games titles
