Answer: The Criminal Enterprise Starter Pack gets you access to select content in GTA Online including properties, businesses, weapons, vehicles, and more.
A copy of Grand Theft Auto V for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, or PC (Legacy only) is required to play, and the content is only accessible in Grand Theft Auto Online. Content, including vehicles, will be marked FREE in-game, and has no trade-in value.
Note: The Criminal Enterprise Starter Pack is included in Grand Theft Auto V: Premium Edition.
Note: To receive Criminal Enterprise Starter Pack benefits on Grand Theft Auto V Enhanced, you must first access the benefits on a character in GTAV Legacy, then migrate that character to GTAV Enhanced.

To claim the free vehicles, use your in-game phone, open the internet browser, then head to the Travel and Transport tab and find Legendary Motorsport, Southern San Andreas Super Auto, Elitás Travel, and Warstock Cache & Carry. Sort by lowest price on each site, and you should see each of the above vehicles listed as available at no cost.

To claim the free weapons, head to any Ammu-Nation store or your Agency, walk up to the counter and interact with the weapons on the wall. You should see each of the above weapons listed as available at no cost.
To claim the free Outfits, head to a clothing shop, approach the cash register, and browse outfits. You’ll find various Outfits listed as FREE under Import/Export, Racing Suits, Biker Suits, Stuntman Suits. All Criminal Enterprise Starter Pack Outfits will have descriptions denoting them.
To claim the Biker Tattoos, head to a tattoo parlor, approach the chair, and browse tattoos. You’ll see various Tattoos across all Body Parts listed as FREE. All Criminal Enterprise Starter Pack Tattoos will have descriptions denoting them.
