Answer: Shark Cards increase your GTA$ balance upon purchase and can be bought through the storefront. 

You can purchase Shark Cards by following the steps below:  

1. Start a Grand Theft Auto Online session

2. Open the Pause menu

3. Locate the PlayStation Store tab and press X 

4. Select which Shark Card you would like to purchase 

5. Complete the checkout process to receive your GTA$
