Question: How do I get information and support for GTA+ Membership?
Answer: For general GTA+ Membership information as well as a list of current Event benefits, visit the GTA+ website:

You can manage your GTA+ Membership for PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X|S via your console account or through the settings menu of your console.
GTA+ Membership for Grand Theft Auto V Enhanced on PC can be managed via the GTA+ menu in the Rockstar Games Launcher.

Log into https://store.playstation.com/
Select Account Profile
Select Subscriptions Management
Under GTA+, select Turn Off Auto-Renew
Console
Go to Settings
Select Users and Accounts
Select Account
Select Payment and Subscriptions
Select Game and App Services
Select Grand Theft Auto V
Select GTA+
Select Turn Off Auto-renew
Xbox Series X|S
Account
Log into https://account.microsoft.com/
Select Services & Subscriptions
Navigate to your GTA+ subscription and select Manage
Here you will see the following options:
Billing History
Redeem a code or pre-paid card
Turn off recurring billing
Cancel subscription
Console
Go to System Settings
Select Account
Select Subscriptions
Under Active, select GTA+
Here you will see the following options:
Turn off recurring billing
See billing history
Change how you pay
Cancel subscription
Grand Theft Auto V Enhanced on PC
Open the Rockstar Games Launcher
Select GTA+
Select Manage GTA+
Notes:
GTA+ Membership for Grand Theft Auto V Enhanced on PC may not be available in all regions. Keep an eye on the Rockstar Newswire and the GTA+ Membership page for any additional information.
After your subscription expires, you may have to wait a brief period before you are able to subscribe again.
In the event of a ban or suspension from GTA Online, you will need to cancel your GTA+ Membership manually using the steps above.
