Inability to register Goal Attack progress after installing South Central

Question: I installed South Central and now I can't get credit for Goal Attacks. I am sure that I complete the requirements for each race, and the game autosaves after each completion, but when I go back to Goal Attack it still shows that I never did the race. Help!
