Question: I get a black screen on my phone when I open the GTAV Manual app. What should I do?

Answer: If this occurs, please navigate to “Settings” and locate the “Application Manager” program. From there, force quit the Grand Theft Auto V: The Manual application and restart the application. The app will load without issues.

Question: I am unable to progress past the language selection screen in the app. How can I get past this screen?

Answer: This issue generally occurs when the firmware for your phone is not up to date. Please check with your carrier to get the latest firmware for your phone.
