Unlocking Scrap 4 of the Savvy Merchant Outfit in the Hunting and Trading Pack

Question: Scrap 4 of the Savvy Merchant Outfit says to "Execute 20 People." I tried sneaking up on people and shooting them, killing them with knives, and hogtieing them first. What do I need to do?

Answer: Kills are counted as executions for Scrap 4 of the Savvy Merchant Outfit when your kill is close enough to trigger a small animated cut-scene.  This can be from any side of an opponent.
