How to Claim GTA$ Bonus on PS4 Digital Pre-Order

These directions apply to Sony Computer Entertainment America (SCEA) PS4 digital pre-orders only. If you pre-ordered the game from a PlayStation®Store outside of North or South America, the pre-order bonus content should arrive automatically.

Question: I pre-ordered the digital version of Grand Theft Auto V on PS4 on the SCEA PlayStation®Store, but the pre-order bonus in-game money has not appeared in Story Mode or GTA Online. How can I claim it?

Answer: The pre-order bonus in-game money can be claimed from the in-game PlayStation®Store tab via the Pause Menu. To claim the pre-order bonus in-game money, visit the PSN Store in both Story Mode and in GTA Online.

To claim the pre-order bonus in-game money in GTAV Story Mode, enter GTAV, select the PlayStation®Store tab via the Pause Menu and download the bonus pack.

To claim the pre-order bonus in-game money in GTA Online (along with the additional bonus in-game money for pre-ordering on the PlayStation®Store), enter GTA Online, select the PlayStation®Store tab via the Pause Menu and download the bonus pack.

Note: You must visit the PlayStation®Store once in Story Mode, and once in GTA Online, to receive both bonuses.
