Question: When I try to sign in to Rockstar Games, I get the following error message. How can I resolve this?

  • The email address and password combination you entered does not match any account. Please try again. #0.200.0

Answer: This error can occur if either your email address or password are entered incorrectly. It can also occur if the 2-Step Verification code you entered was incorrect, expired, or the authentication device has changed.

Reset your password

Make sure your email address and password are entered correctly. If they continue to result in an error, reset your password here:

Ensure your authentication device is synchronized with the 2-Step Verification service

Make sure the 2-Step Verification Code has not expired and is entered correctly. If you continue to receive an error, there is a chance that the authentication device you are using has become desynchronized with the 2-Step Verification service.

To resync your authentication device, ensure that your authenticator app is up to date and that the clock on your authentication device is set to the correct local time, date, and time zone.

On iOS

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Select General

  3. Select Date & Time

  4. Toggle on Set Automatically to use network-provided time

On Android

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Select General management (or System)

  3. Select Date and time

  4. Toggle on Automatic date and time

  5. Toggle on Automatic time zone

Transfer your 2-Step Verification to the new authenticator
