Question: How do I get rid of the stuttering I am seeing when playing a downloaded version of Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars?

Answer: If you're using a badly fragged stick or one that's not formatted correctly then you will see stutttering all over the place. You need to format the stick you're playing it on using the psp xmb to fix this issue.  Remember to save your data somewhere else; formatting the stick will wipe everything from your memory stick.
