Slow frame rates during Max Payne gameplay

Solution: From the Max Payne Hardware window that appears when running the game change the options to the following:

Bilinear/ 16bit/ Antialising (Off)/

fogging (Enabled)/ Sounds (Enabled)/

Task Switch (Disabled)/

Screen Buffers (Triple)/

All settings should be set to Medium except the following which should be set to Low:

Character Shadows/

Sound Channels/

Particle Detail/
