Rockstar Games age/region requirements error when trying to buy DLC on PC

Question: How can I stop the following error message from appearing whenever I go to an in-game store for a Rockstar Games title?  

  • Your Rockstar Games account does not meet the age/region requirements for accessing the store. 

Answer: This error occurs whenever you do not meet an age or region requirement necessary to access the Rockstar Store.  

You can resolve the issue by making sure your age is correct and that the Rockstar Games title you are trying to purchase has been released in your region.
