Answer: If you need to submit a support request after trying to troubleshoot your connection on Xbox One, make sure to include the following information to help us understand how your network is transferring data. 

Run the following test and take a screenshot or a photo of the test result screen, then attach it to your support request.

  1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

  2. Select System > Settings > General >  Network settings.

  3. Select Test network speed & statistics.

Then, access the following settings menus and take a screenshot or a photo of each of these pages, then attach it to your support request.

  1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

  2. Select System > Settings > General > Network settings (this page will show NAT, uPnP, IPv4 or v6, wire / wireless connection type)

  3. Select System > Settings > General > Network settings > Advanced Settings (this page will give us the IP Address, DNS, Ports)
