Purchased Shark Card cash not arriving in Grand Theft Auto Online

Question: I bought a Shark Card for GTA Online, but the cash has not shown up on my account. When will I receive my money?

Answer: The maximum amount of GTA$ obtained via Shark Card purchases a player can have at one time is GTA$50,000,000. Any additional GTA$ gained via Shark Cards will be credited to your account after you spend enough of your GTA$ balance for the GTA$ to be deposited to your account.

Example: If you purchase 6 Megalodon Shark Cards (GTA$10,000,000 each), your account will be credited with GTA$50,000,000. You will receive the remaining GTA$ from the sixth Megalodon Shark Card once you spend GTA$10,000,000 of the GTA$50,000,000 initially credited to your account.
