Inability to Access Game Features on Rockstar Games

Question: Why can't I use any of the features for a particular game on Rockstar Games?

Answer: In order to begin using Rockstar Games features related to a Rockstar game you own, you should check the following:

  1. Are you logged in with a registered and activated Rockstar Games account?

  2. Do you have your Rockstar Games account linked with your PlayStation Network ID, Xbox network Gamertag or Nintendo Friend Code?

  3. Have you submitted gameplay data to Rockstar Games for your game?

  4. Do you meet the ESRB age requirements for the game?

 Note: There will always be a slight delay between the time your console submits gameplay data and when Rockstar Games processes it for display. If you do not see your stats properly updating to reflect your current info, please check back after an hour or more has passed.

You should make sure you play your game at least 15-30 minutes before trying to create your account, so that your data will already be available to Rockstar Games.
