How to Resolve GTAV PC Rockstar Activation Code Issues

Question: When I try to redeem my GTAV PC Activation Code I get an error message saying that it's invalid or already used. How can I fix this?Question: I didn’t get a Rockstar Activation Code for GTAV inside my GTAV PC box. Help!
Answer: First, double-check that you are entering the code exactly as it is shown. When entering your code in-game, the dashes should appear automatically on your screen, but if you are entering your code on the Activation web page, be sure to type out any dashes, and do not add any extra spaces anywhere within the code.
If you did not receive a code for some reason, we recommend following up with store management and the official customer support channels of your retailer.
If your issue is still not resolved, please submit a support request and provide the following information:
The code (typed out in the ticket text)
A detailed description of the problem. If applicable, please type out any error messages you see, exactly as they appear on the screen, or attach a screenshot.
Your Rockstar Games Nickname and Email (if it is different from the email you are using to submit this ticket)
Platform (this should be PC for GTAV PC)
A photo/screenshot of your receipt for your GTAV PC purchase, as an attachment
Date of purchase or pre-order
Retailer game was purchased from
