Note: This can only be done using the same user profile linked to the same Nintendo Account on both devices. Make sure both your Switch and Switch 2 are plugged in and within a few feet of each other.
On your Switch
On the Home Screen, hover over Red Dead Redemption
Press the + button
Select Manage Software
Select Transfer Your Save Data
Select Send Save Data to Another Console
On your Switch 2
Go to System Settings
Select Data Management
Select Transfer Your Save Data
Select Receive Save Data
When the transfer is complete, select OK
