How to know where to go next in the Quarter Moon Murders

Question: I'm stuck in the Quarter moon murders and have no idea where to go next.  I can't figure out this clue -- where do I go?

Answer: Access the map and hover the cursor over available points of interest to find the location that matches the clue -- select a point of interest and exit the journal.  If an objective has been added to your journal, then you chose the correct landmark.  If not, try a different one.
